Return Policy

At Printeesweet, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.


Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final on custom-printed and embroidered items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We made an error in production (e.g., wrong item, incorrect personalization).

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items (such as blank apparel or promotional stock items), you may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Report a Problem

If your item is incorrect or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at info@printeesweet.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without prior authorization
